Power Court is manufactured from a proprietary high-strength polypropylene (PP) copolymer compound that provides excellent durability.
The product incorporates organic pigments, UV stabilizers, and antistatic, moisture-resistant, and mold-resistant properties to ensure reliable performance and consistent quality.
Power Court requires minimal maintenance and helps reduce waste disposal costs. It can be installed on any level surface and is designed for use in a wide range of environments and sports applications. Its modular structure also allows for easy installation and removal.

The tread patterns used on athletic shoe outsoles and winter tires have a significant influence on surface grip and friction.
Many shoe outsoles and winter tires feature wave-shaped patterns that increase contact with the ground and generate the friction required for stable movement and performance.
Test results show that wave-shaped patterns provide a higher coefficient of friction than straight-line, diamond, and grid patterns. This enhanced friction helps reduce slipping and provides greater stability during use.

Power Court is typically installed over a concrete or asphalt base. With conventional modular flooring products, even minor irregularities in the base surface can cause sections of the flooring to lift, resulting in inconsistent ball bounce and interference with play.
Power Court features a multi-point support structure that minimizes lifting caused by minor surface irregularities. This helps maintain surface flatness and provides consistent and reliable ball bounce across the court.
Reduction in noise complaints
Noise complaints related to basketball courts used at night are rapidly increasing. Unlike conventional flooring, Power Court absorbs the impact noise generated by bouncing balls, thereby reducing noise-related complaints.
Multipurpose flooring with multidirectional shock absorption
The product absorbs shock on its own.
To absorb impacts from all directions, including vertical and horizontal forces, Power Court incorporates a shock-absorbing component called the Power Ring into its underside.
Vertical impact is absorbed in three stages. The Power Ring provides primary shock absorption, the connections between individual flooring units provide secondary shock absorption, and the four-section connecting buffer supports provide tertiary shock absorption.
For horizontal impacts, the shock-absorbing structure is designed in an S-shape to maximize its effectiveness.

Growing stages require careful attention.
During growth spurts, children and adolescents need exercises that stimulate the growth plates. It has been shown that exercises that involve jumping, such as basketball, volleyball, and jump rope, are particularly helpful for stimulating the growth plates and promoting growth. However, exercises that put excessive pressure and shock on the leg joints can be detrimental, potentially blocking blood supply to the growth plates or causing damage due to impact. Therefore, it is important to avoid exercising on asphalt or concrete surfaces.
Power Court addresses these concerns by incorporating Power Rings, which allow for safe exercise without putting stress on the joints.
It can be reassembled to suit site conditions
It is often the case that the environment needs to be adapted to the product specifications. However, situations frequently arise where the product needs to be cut to fit the site conditions (such as lot size) or intended use.
Power Court is designed to allow cutting into four sections within a single product. By forming connecting loops on the cut surfaces, it enables free cutting and recombination according to the intended use and site conditions.
Usable Even in Rainy Weather.
While conventional sports flooring is often unsuitable for use in rainy weather, Power Court is designed to prevent problems such as water accumulation, allowing it to be used even in rainy conditions.
